I’m back with another lip product that’s been generating buzz lately – the Amuse Jel-Fit Tint. If you had asked me a couple of years ago if I’d ever wear a glossy lip product, I would’ve said no way. Packaging: Unlike typical lip tints, the packaging of the Amuse Jel-Fit Tint is unique in shape, but it lacks the ability to stand upright due to its design. The inner part reveals the tint’s color, yet I wish the packaging color better matched the shade inside for easier identification.

Amuse Jel-Fit Tint

According to the brand, the Jel-Fit Tints has a glossy formula that offers a luscious, dewy finish. The formulation features a three-layer system to ensure long-lasting color throughout the day. Infused with eight types of hyaluronic acid, peach extract, Vitamin E acetate, and plant-based oils, these tints aim to keep your lips plump and hydrated.

There are 8 shades in this line. I picked mine in 01 Boksoonga Jelly. Boksoonga (복숭아) means peach in Korean.

Performance

I love this tint. Its jelly texture not only keeps my lips moisturized but also beautifully conceals any texture. Plus, it’s incredibly comfortable to wear, without any stickiness. Thanks to the skincare ingredients infused within, it’s become my top choice for ensuring hydrated lips.

The glossy finish it offers plumps and adds fullness to my lips. Unlike the Romand Juicy Lasting tints, this one leaves a stain, making it more long-lasting. However, while it doesn’t quite hold up all day as advertised, it does stick around for a good few hours, fading evenly without any patchiness.

If you’re battling with chapped lips, a gloss-type lip product like this one would be a better bet than matte formulas. You can even layer it over your matte lipsticks to create new shades while keeping your lips protected from harsh winter conditions.

As for the shade 01, it’s a stunning peach color that leans slightly more pink on my lips due to my lip pigment. The color truly pops on the lips. Initially, I was worried that being the first shade, it might be too faint, but it has impressive pigmentation.

The scent is incredibly pleasant, adding to the overall delightful experience of using this tint.

Final Verdict on the Amuse Jel-Fit Tint

I really like both the shade and the formula. It works wonders for dry, textured lips, and I adore the plumping effect it gives. While longevity might be its only downside, for me, it’s not the deciding factor when it comes to a lip tint. If you’re diving into the world of K-beauty tints and appreciate a quality glossy formula, I wholeheartedly recommend giving these a try!
